Half of the site is dedicated to rewilding, woodland, and walking and cycling routes, while the technology park will revitalise the disused site of the Kilmeaden Cheese Factory. It is Ireland’s first project committed to a fully circular economy at village scale, creating a place where people can live, work, and thrive in harmony with nature.
Kilmeaden Village is being delivered jointly by Kent Homes, a family-owned Waterford homebuilder since 1970, and Echelon Data Centres, an Irish-owned international leader in the development and operation of sustainably-powered, large-scale digital infrastructure.
